SMTP & Integration

SendEmailPro supports all standard SMTP servers. Popular providers include Gmail, Outlook (Office 365), Yahoo, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Postmark, SparkPost, and many more. You can configure custom SMTP servers with any provider that supports standard SMTP authentication. Simply enter your SMTP credentials (host, port, username, password) in the settings. We also support SSL/TLS encryption for secure connections.

Absolutely! On Pro and Enterprise plans, you can connect unlimited SMTP accounts for redundancy and load balancing. If one SMTP server fails, the system automatically switches to a backup. You can also distribute your sending load across multiple SMTP servers to maximize throughput and maintain excellent deliverability rates. This is particularly useful for high-volume senders who need to balance sending across multiple IP addresses and domains.

To configure Gmail SMTP: 1) Enable "Less secure app access" in your Google Account settings (or use an App Password for 2FA accounts), 2) Go to SMTP Settings in SendEmailPro, 3) Enter: Host: smtp.gmail.com, Port: 587, Security: TLS, Username: your full Gmail address, Password: your Google App Password. Deliverability & Compliance

SendEmailPro employs multiple strategies to ensure high deliverability: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication for email authentication, Automatic bounce and spam complaint handling to protect sender reputation, Rate limiting and throttling to maintain ISP relationships, IP warming for new sender domains, and list hygiene tools to remove invalid addresses. Yes, SendEmailPro provides tools to help you comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Features include: Consent tracking for all subscribers, Easy unsubscribe management, Data export and deletion tools, Privacy policy links automatically included, Double opt-in support, and Audit logs for compliance reporting. SendEmailPro automatically adds an unsubscribe link to all emails sent through the platform, as required by CAN-SPAM and other anti-spam laws. When a subscriber clicks unsubscribe, they are immediately removed from your active list and added to your suppression list to prevent future emails. You can customize the unsubscribe process and include preference centers where subscribers can choose the types of emails they want to receive. Suppression lists are automatically checked before every send to ensure compliance.
